ELECTRONICS COMPONENTS CO., LTD ( YASTRONICS ) is a hundred percent Saudi owned company. Yastronics was established in the early 1990's. Throughout the past years, we have encountered difficult and challenging projects. Because of these experiences, we have gained over the past years, our competitive advantage have become delivering the best work in the shortest time.
Now Yastronics Co. is rendering a wide range of activities to our clients all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Yastronics achieved the ISO 9001-2000 accreditation for providing quality services to our clients. Also we are in the pursuit of consistent, long-term customer relation and their satisfaction. We have four major division under operation. 1.Engineering Division 2.Automation Division 3.Trading Division 4.Calibration & Inspection Division During the past years of services, Yastronics performed considerable amount of work to the commercial sector as well as to the Industrial sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Engineering support center is headed by experienced and dedicated engineers for identifying the real technical problem in both in-house and on-site to provide instant right and immediate action / rectification to avoid stoppage of the plant.
Our engineers are supported by hi-tech, computerized, full-fledged testing equipment laboratory. Our testing laboratory is equipped with latest devices to carry-out component level to circuit board level repair work. Yastronics also deals with spare parts sales like AC motor speed controller, DC motor Controller, Soft starter, UPs system, solid state relays, thermo-couples, thermometers, temperature indicators, photo electric sensors etc. |

Yastronics has a group of dedicated and experienced professional engineers in this division. This division carryout the work to automate various production plants to PLC control system - designed for specific and modern technology of this century. In Saudi Arabia, We can announce honestly that our team of specialists has automated most of the Ready-Mis Concrete plants as well as Asphalt plants. Also some of the old model heavy machanical machine units, water treatment plants, also small or big plants to the entire satisfaction of our clients in a highly professional way.

In the Past, Yastronics was having calibration and inspection division as a support service to our main scope of activities.
But now, by the implementation of ISO 9001:2000, We established our field of activity in calibration with a full-fledged Calibration laboratory with the addition of new, latest Master/reference standards and experienced personel. We do calibrate weighing scales, industrial equipments:all dimensional, physical and electrical equipments. We alse conduct third party inspection for our clients. We emphasize on the quality.

Especially in the case of high-power loads, the 48 V power supply has the decisive advantage over the 24 V standard voltage supply that smaller cable diameters can be used. The SITOP range includes 48 V power supplies in two different designs:
The basic unit SITOP modular 48 V/ 20 A possesses the same functionality as the basic unit 24 V and it can as well extended with the signalling modul. With a width of only 70 mm, the new SITOP smart 48 V/ 10 A takes up little space on a DIN rail. It has a wide-range input for three-phase systems and an efficiency of 93 %. Connection of loads with a high inrush current presents no problem as it can provide an additional 50 % of rated current for a duration of 5 secondsith the 48 VDC voltage feed lower cable cross-sections are required as with 24 V standard voltage. |

The new SITOP smart family of power supplies is a third slimmer than its predecessor generation which makes it one of the slimmest DIN rail power packs on the market now. Its improved overload reactions now even permit energy-hungry I/O devices like DC/DC converters and motors to power up without a problem. Up to 150 percent of the rated current are available for 5 seconds. And they also provide more continuous power: 120 percent of the rated capacity at ambient temperatures of up to 45 degrees Celsius. Using a potentiometer, the output voltage can be conveniently adjusted on the front between 22.8 and 28 Volt.
The 1-phase, primary pulsed power supplies with output currents of 2.5, 5 and 10 A have extensive certification for universal use around the world. Compact basic devices for 1, 2 or 3-phase connection and output current from 5 A to 40 A form the basis of the stabilized 24 V power supply. Add-on modules for extra functions are then added depending on the particular requirements. The robust metal housing is also well-equipped for use under rugged industrial conditions. The vibration-proof, DIN rail mounting is also made of metal. This makes installation fast, easy and vibration-proof too. The electronic design of the switches-mode power supplies also features reliability and quality. The wide input range and international certifications permit use on almost every power network around the world.
The 1-phase basic 5 A and 10 A units can even be connected to two phases thanks to the ultra-wide range input up to 550 V. The brand-new 20 A SITOP PSU100M power supply features an expanded AC voltage input range and facilitates 1-phase connection to 110 and 230 V without switchover. Thanks to the universal wide-range input, DC voltage operation between 88 and 350 V is also possible. With a width of just 90 mm, the power supply is 40% slimmer than the predecessor version. The innovated 3-phase basic 20 A and 40 A units with a width of only 70 and 150 mm are among the most compact units in their performance class. The extended input voltage range facilitates connection of 320-575 V 3AC More characteristics of the latest SITOP PSU100M and 300M power supply units have been improved: they now feature an integrated signal contact, for example, for evaluating the operational status. With an efficiency of up to 93% the stabilized SITOP PSU300M power supply units are extremely efficient and the heat generated in the control cabinet is correspondingly low. The extra power with 1.5 times rated current for 5 seconds enables loads with a high starting current to be switched on without any problems. |

A high level of functionality is already integrated in all the basic units. Three LEDs give you clear, detailed information on the current operating status. The output voltage can be increased by 20% with an easy-to-access potentiometer. This means that even with very long cables, all 24 Volts arrive at the devices. For handling short circuits, you can choose between switch-off with storage and constant current with automatic restart. Thank to its integrated power boost, SITOP is able to deliver up to three times the nominal current (e.g., for engine running or for intentionally blown fuses). If you have high continuous current requirements, use identical-type SITOP devices and switch to "parallel operation."
